DIVERSIFIED SITE WORKS trains each employee in safety, methods and materials, and policies and procedures before they set foot on a job site. We believe education is a life long endeavor so we provide routine seminars on new technologies to build on existing knowledge and expertise. Every new team member trains in our mentoring program for 60 days to ensure they have a complete understanding and appreciation for the standards at DSW.
Training is an integral part across all facets of our operation, providing our employees with the skills and safety measures required in today's complex construction environments. We certify our employees in Rigging & Signaling, Confined Spaces, Fall Protection, Heavy Equipment Operation, Small Tools, and Trench Safety.
